How we do it

We will approach your assignment with lots of experience but with no pre-conceived ideas. We will work closely with you and your colleagues to develop the right way forward for your organisation.

Furniture and equipment are key aspects of successful Smart working initiatives. We can advise on both and also work closely with your own IT and telecoms specialists on the critical technology side.

We are totally independent and we do not sell furniture, storage or IT services, which means we can be objective and advise you on the products that really suit your needs.

Integrated Project management

To manage this process we have developed our own strategic approach to managing change called IPM - "Integrated Project management". This means integrating workplace consultancy, furniture consultancy, move management and delivery. All controlled and delivered as one seamless process by the same HBDS expert.
